The Sahel Al-Jafara Festival for Arts and Creativity was established as a major cultural and artistic event celebrating Libyan beauty and innovation. The inaugural edition of the festival launched amidst widespread official and public attention, with the opening ceremony drawing high-level attendance that included several ministers, undersecretaries, and heads of public authorities and institutions, alongside an elite group of cultural, artistic, and social figures.
